Description

Marco is the VP - Small Business Banker for SouthState at the Pompano Beach branch. He is responsible for small business lending, specializing in owner-occupied commercial loans, term loans, and lines of credit. In addition, he specializes in consumer lending, including home-equity lines of credit, auto loans, and marine loans, with full-service banking and Treasury Management products. Marco attended Teikyo Post University, where he obtained a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Accounting and European Studies. Prior to joining SouthState in November 2023, he spent 14 years serving customers in various banking roles, including VP in Private Banking with a focus on commercial, small business, and residential lending. He also served as a member/ambassador for the Delray Beach Chamber, Family Selection Committee Member for Habitat for Humanity, and Delray Beach Chairman's Club. Marco lives in Boca Raton, FL, with his wife Evelyn, son Marco, and daughter Sofia. He enjoys spending quality time and traveling around the world with his family, watching his son play soccer with his academy, watching European soccer games, practicing hot yoga, going to the gym, running, and fishing.
